• Audit Support - Support the year-end audit process; Manage accounts payable audit confirmation and prepare necessary audit working papers
• Adhoc Support - Assist with miscellaneous queries and tasks from the Finance Manager/Office Manager

Job Description

• Handling of accounting functions inclusive but not limited to Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Ledgers, Bank Reconciliations
• Maintain cash book, petty cash and prepare payments
• Liaise with Project Managers and to update project status to ensure bilings to clients are on time and align wiht project milestones
• Process Employee claims (Medical, Travel and etc.)
• Assist with GST submission
• Liaise with auditor &tax agent for financial reporting documents
• Assist in banking-related matters
• Processing payroll via HRMS system
• and any other assigned accounting related duties

Requirement

• Diploma in Accounting or related qualifications
• Preferably with minimum 2 years' relevant experience in a similar role
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Words and Powerpoint)
• Familiar with Payroll software such as Xero

Roles & Responsibilities

· Update invoices and other accounting documents or records.

· Update and maintain accounting records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable).

· Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.

· Reconciles records employees and management, or external vendors or customers.

· Maintenance of worker payroll including the calculating of CPF and generating of payslips

· Monitoring the accounts receivables and payables to ensure that all invoices are paid on timely basis

· Preparing checks, deposits.

Requirements:

· Need to work from 1pm to 830 pm daily to meet staff who started work after 6pm for their payroll issue

· Experience as accounting executive

· Knowledge of Payroll is advantages

Assisting the accountant and be responsible for the following duties

· Prepare payment for approval and performing monthly bank reconciliation

· Handle AR, AP, credit control and billings

· Ensure timely collection and completeness of billings.

· Process invoices, journal vouchers, reconciliation, schedules and reports.

· Assist in cash monitoring and preparation of funds statements.

· Prepare financial and management reports on a timely basis.

· Close accounts and prepare schedule for year end basis.

· Prepare submission of Invoice Financing Loan to banks.

Responsible for maintaining full sets of accounts, from purchase, sales, and cash journals to the general ledgers and management reports. Preparing GST reports, and GST submission.
