Responsibilities

• Assist in overtime and payroll calculation
• Answer employee queries regarding leave, salary and overtime
• Update and maintain leave records in Info-Tech system
• Update and maintain employee records in Info-Tech system
• Coordinate document submission with site staff
• Assist in recruitment
• Assist in all foreign worker matters
• Assist in recommending, sourcing and booking of training courses for staff development
• Provide advice to The Management regarding employment legislation and HR practices
• Any other ad-hoc work

Requirements

• Knowledge and understanding of MOM employment law
• Higher Nitec with 2 years work experience, ideally in a construction related field
• Knowledge of Info-Tech software
• Able to communicate effectively with local and foreign employees of all levels
• Willing to learn and grow
• Able to work in a team
• Good work ethics
• Positive character and attitude

• Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am to 6pm

Job Description:

• Perform administrative (non-ecommerce & ecommerce) duties
• Invoicing
• Arranging of delivery routes
• Processing and fulfillment of ecommerce orders
• Data entry
• Processing of sales order in relation to purchasing, packing, shipping, billing and coordination
• Provide customer service for all customer enquiries/contact
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint.
• Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Candidate should be meticulous.
• Must be able to work independently.
• At least 3 Years of relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably with working experience in the E-commerce.
• 5.5 days work week.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all procurement activities, including issuing purchase orders, communicating with suppliers, and sourcing materials and equipment.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to monitor and restock raw materials and packaging supplies for daily operations.
• Address and resolve issues related to material quality, specifications, and quantities with vendors.
• Assist in preparing and verifying import documents to ensure timely customs clearance.
• Maintain an organized record-keeping and filing system within the department.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Purchasing and Logistics Management, or equivalent.
• Demonstrates sense of initiative with the ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Good communication and negotiation skill.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
