Primary Responsibilities:

Provision of Security

• The primary role of a Security Officer is to protect life and property against pandemic crisis, theft, vandalism, misappropriation, fire, flood or similar disaster on assigned shift in compliance with government, corporate and management directives.
• Conducting routine patrols with his teams, looking out for suspicious persons, fires, mischiefs or safety hazards.

• Orchestrate internal projects for your account, liaising seamlessly with our production team for timely, top-tier deliverables

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Report to Finance Manager and is responsible in the efficient and effective function in Accounts Payable.
• To ensure the creditor aging balance is accurate and reconcile with vendor statement.
• To ensure that the payment process is initiated on a timely basis.
• To collect and review all documents necessary for preparation of the payment run (purchase request, purchase order, receiving record, invoice, etc). Ensure the mathematical accuracy and completeness of the transaction before filing them by supplier name, awaiting payment.
• To prepare Payable Vouchers and initiate the payment process in a timely manner.
• To perform all Accounts Payable sub-ledger postings and to verify that Accounts Payable subledger and General Ledger balances agree.
• To maintain the filing system for creditors’ and ensure that on-hand outstanding invoices match with A/P ageing report as per the system.
• To perform monthly reconciliations between AP sub ledger accounts and supplier statements. To print a system generated payment summary and ensure the prompt payment of all invoices selected.
• Stamping all documents “paid” once the payment approval process is completed, to prevent the risk of double payment in the future.
• To properly monitor the issuance of payment and liaise with vendor on discrepancies.
• To pay and disburse petty cash to both internal and external staff members.
• Liaise with inter-related departments for accrual on end of month and year end closing

REQUIREMENTS

• Have at least 1 year experience in hotel industry
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Oracle is an added advantage.
• Possess good communication and problem-solving skills.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team at Lulu Money Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily financial transactions, including payments, receipts, and journal entries.
• Prepare, review, and analyze Profit and Loss (P&L) statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain up-to-date financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities by compiling and analyzing financial data.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory and organizational standards in all accounting activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting or financial roles, particularly with P&L management (experience in the remittance or foreign exchange industry is a plus).
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced skills in MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
