Job Description:

- Reports to the Financial Controller.

- Responsible for keeping and maintaining full sets of accounts (including data entry, monthly invoicing and monthly payments, cash flow statements, bank reconciliation, accounts schedules, tax schedules, GST returns, handle petty cash claims, accounting journal entries, perform XBRL reporting etc).

- Ensure proper accounting records and documentation.

- Liaise with auditor and tax agent on statutory audit and tax related matters.

- Liaise with clients and banks on accounts related matters where necessary.

- Ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting.

- Assist in financial budgeting where necessary.

- Ensure company’s policies and procedures are adhered to.

- Provide administrative support where necessary.

- Any ad-hoc task that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

- Accounting Degree /ACCA qualification

- Minimum 5 years working experience in the areas of auditing/accounting.

- Meticulous, diligent and possess good working attitude.

- Experience using Quickbooks is an advantage.

- Work place in CBD area. Raffles Place MRT station.
