Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Account Manager to join our team in Singapore with flexibility for some remote work. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the development, planning, and execution of influencer marketing campaigns across Southeast Asia. Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Content Planning & Scheduling of campaigns.

Accounts Executive

• Full spectrum of Accounts Payable functions, ensuring smooth and accurate processing of payments
• Maintain and organise all necessary documentation for processing, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Keep financial records up to date, ensuring data integrity and precision
• Manage the fixed asset register, ensuring compliance and accuracy in asset tracking
• Investigate and resolve outstanding issues with supplier in a timely manner
• Perform monthly reconciliation of supplier statements, ensuring all discrepancies are addressed

About the role

As a Strata Management Accounts Executive at Knight Frank, you’ll take ownership of handling multiple sets of accounts, ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day financial operations. This role is ideal for someone with an accounting background, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

What you will be doing:

• Handling full sets of accounts across multiple portfolios, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Preparing monthly financial and management reports, and bank reconciliation within stipulated deadlines.
