Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and receive bookings and shipping instructions from customers and overseas agents.

• Manage the approval of dangerous goods and related applications with carriers and co-loaders as needed.
• Input new shipments into the CW1 system, and manage documentation such as job sheets.
• Collaborate with various service providers to organize pickup, crating, container stuffing, trucking, and fumigation services.
• Ensure the timely collection of Proof of Delivery (POD) or updates on delivery status from destinations, and communicate this information to customers.
• Electronically document POD and update delivery dates in CW1 for all door-to-door shipments.
• Assist the Permit team by providing necessary documents and information for permit declarations.
• Confirm receipt and accuracy of approved permits with customers and carriers/co-loaders via email.
• Prepare and issue invoices to customers and generate Debit Notes for overseas agents.
• Perform data entry tasks and generate reports as required by customers.
• Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Report to the Senior HSE Manager, the main functions of the role will be to assist SHSEM in developing, implementing and monitoring consortium HSE program and policies
• Prepare legal register and monitor it to ensure compliance of legal requirements including Singapore Standard and Code of Practice pertaining to HSE
• Maintain HSE Management System (HSEMS) documentation including comprehensive records and reports of HSE management activities up to date

Job Requirements:

• A Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent
• Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) registered with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and registered Environmental Control Officer (ECO) with NEA
• Preferably eight (8) years’ experience in industrial buildings and process plant construction projects
• A self-driven and meticulous individual who has strong ability to multi-task
• Proven expertise in MS Office software
• Possess strong interpersonal, oral and written communication and organization skills
• Substantial understanding and knowledge of local regulation, Singapore Standards and Code of Practices especially related to HS

Responsibilities:
