What You’ll Do:

We are looking for a Project Officer (PO) who will develop generative artificial intelligence (AI) and surrogate modelling techniques for synthesizing artificial metasurfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing generative AI-based frameworks for fast synthesis of unit cells of metasurfaces
• Developing machine/deep learning or polynomial-based surrogate modelling techniques for fast characterization of unit cells
• Implementing local/global optimizers leveraging surrogate models for fast synthesis
• Validating the performances of the synthesized configurations with those of the fabricated metasurfaces

Job Requirements:

• BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
• High academic credentials from a reputable institution
• Experience in code development for generative AI and/or surrogate modelling
• A publication record (preferred)
• Coding experience in Phyton and Matlab as well as C/C++ or Fortran
• Good written and oral communication skills

The Accounts Receivable (AR) is responsible for managing customer invoicing, maintaining the AR Ledger, and ensuring timely collection of credit/cash from customers. This role ensures that KPIs are met while the quality, accuracy, and integrity of both management and statutory reports are maintained.

The AR is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:

• Oversee the entire invoicing process by accurately generating and sending client invoices in a timely manner
• Maintain up-to-date records related to our clients, invoices, ARs
• Help manage and track cash flow regularly and maintain good relations with our clients
• Engage with customers via phone, email, mail, or in person to address invoicing issues and payment collection matters
• Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities and continuously follow up on payment collection
• Work towards attaining optimum AR ratio by ensuring receivables are collected in line with the agreed payment terms
• Support the monthly reconciliation of other AR-related accounts (such as unapplied cash, unclaimed credits, clearing, accrual, bad debt, withholding, and sales tax)
• Analyze and continuously identify opportunities to improve the AR processes
• Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with the company's Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE), Ethics & Compliance, and Food Safety (if applicable) policies

Requirements:

• At least 1 years experience in accounts receivable/finance function/account-related field

Roles & Responsibilities

Accounting Support:

· Assist in data entry, tickets issuing, invoice processing, transport scheduling and CODO tracking.

· Reconcile transaction report to ensure accuracy.

· Cross departments collaboration to compile and organize financial data.

Administrative Tasks:

· Maintain and update physical and digital filing systems, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.

· Assist in preparing reports and correspondence as needed.

· Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.

· Assist in Office Event, schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls, and manage calendars for team members as needed.

Effective Communication and Coordination:
