Job Responsibilities

• Handle full-set of accounts.
• Prepare management reporting and assists in the formulation of business budgeting and plans.
• Involved in the day-to-day operation of the Hire Purchase (Car Loans) business which includes liaising with banks, customers and operation.
• Ensure timeliness of collection from customers (e-GIRO) and repayment to the Banks whilst performing account reconciliation including loan disbursement and credit facilities.
• Involve in the implementation of system/software which improve the efficiency of the business operation.
• Development of cash flow and other financial modelling which facilitate business strategy formulation and decision-making.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Responsibilities:

• Organise and conduct regular credit & AR review meetings with BUs / Sales departments to close out all delinquent accounts.
• Follow up and communicate with customers.
• Review and process new customer account applications.
• Maintain and update particulars and credit limits of customer accounts in SAP.

Requirements:

• Min 1 year relevant working experience.
• Proficient in MS software including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Working experience with Letters of Credit is desired
• SAP working experience is preferred
• Communicate with customers and insurer tactfully and professionally.
• Prioritize issues, have sense of urgency and ownership of tasks.
• Comfortable working closely with different departments and shared service centre simultaneously.

Job Description:

• Coaching, guiding and review Executive & Assistant’s work
• Handle full sets of accounts for clients.
• Provide professional client service and ensure reporting timelines are met.
• Setup charts of accounts for new accounting clients
• Record receipts and payments in accounting software
• Prepare month-end payments and online banking transactions.
