Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to walk-in applicants applying for loans, including working with business partners and tapping on external resources for referral of loan cases
• Ensure the eligibility of all loan applicants to proceed with loans and evaluate how creditworthy or not the applicant might be based on their history and current finances before recommending them for approval
• Timely processing of bilateral and syndication loan drawdown, rollover, rate fixing, billing, repayment, and facility fee collection
• Support remittance and deposit placement functions
• Perform AML screening as well as pre & post-transactional handling
• Timely and proper response to internal/external stakeholder inquiries and on matters relating to the services provided by the Branch
• Maintain proper records of all loan files
• Perform daily reconciliation, audit confirmation, management, and regulatory reporting

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in banking
• Strong working knowledge of back-office operations
• Working understanding of regulations, industry guidelines, and best practices
• Knowledge of AML & Terrorist Financing as well as Operational Risk issues
• Meticulous and good problem-solving skills
• Conversing and consulting in Mandarin language may be required for Chinese speaking customers
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Loan Sales / Operations

Other Information:

• Salary: $3,000 to $4,500 monthly
• Working schedule: 5.5 days work week

Job Responsibilities

• Performing access control to ensure that only authorized visitors (eg. Parents) and staff are allowed entry into school compound.
• Ensuring proper records in both Visitor’s and Contractor’s Log (eg. Temperature checks, company’s name, contact information).
• Conduct regular patrolling around the school compound to ensure that the school is adequately secured and protected at all times
• Ensure vehicular traffic is managed professionally.
• Conduct security monitoring with use of surveillance systems, detect and report security breaches
• Administer access control and alarm monitoring systems to manage access into sensitive and restricted areas (if any)
• Respond to security incident and emergencies and report to Operation Manager as and when necessary
• Ensure that surveillance systems are in good working condition and to report any fault for immediate rectification.
• Provide support to the school’s activities or events as and when needed.

Job Specifications

• A valid PLRD license issued by the Singapore Police Force.
• At least 2 year of relevant working experience
• Preferably with traffic control experience
• Knowledge in operating fire and alarm control CCTV panels and recordings
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
