Role Overview
We are seeking an IT Application Support Officer to be based in Singapore. This role focuses on maintaining trading platform stability, providing user support, and collaborating with global teams to enhance system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure system stability and performance for trading platforms.
• Resolve technical incidents, document solutions, and coordinate with global teams for advanced issues.
• Manage configurations such as access, order routing, limits, and broker connections.
• Support users across pre-trade, trade life cycle, and post-trade processes.
• Participate in the Business Continuity Plan and ensure seamless operations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring tools and operational procedures.

Requirements

• A degree in IT Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• 2-6 years of relevant experience in an IT trading / Front Office trading environment.
• Familiarity with trading or portfolio management processes
• derivatives or commodities knowledge is a plus.
• Proficiency in:Windows environments, SQL, and scripting.
• Live system monitoring and large-scale application support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.

Location: Singapore. Occasional travel to Europe may be required.

Job Description:

• Responding to incidents and managing security and safety systems.
• Preventing unauthorized entry into premises.
• Monitoring CCTV for suspicious activity.
• Conducting patrols and clocking duties.
• Performing access control duties.

Requirements:

• Able to commit 12 hours duty (Permanent day and/or night shift available)
