Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• 'O' level
• At least 2 years in Airfreight and familiar with export process
• Basic knowledge on cargo commodity as per IATA rules and regulation
• Good understanding of Incoterms 2010
• Self-discipline, initiative, responsible and independent in a fast-paced environment
• Well-organized on planning work tasks and meticulous
• A good team player with good interpersonal, communication skills and positive attitude
• Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word

• Industry/ Organization Type: Security System Service Provider
• Position Title: 3-month Accounts Assistant
• Working Location: East (Nearest MRT: Tai Seng)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD2600
• Duration: 3 months contract

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Prepare and manage weekly and monthly invoicing for customers.
• Submit AR transactions through the customer online portal.
• Prepare monthly statements of accounts.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries.
• Handle staff reimbursements.
• Provide backup support to team members as needed.
• File and scan documents.
• Willing to take on additional tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.
