This role reports to the Duty Manager and is responsible for the operational efficiency and service delivery of the Front Office areas including Reception and the Club Lounge.

Responsibilities

1. Provide timely and professional check-in/check-out services in accordance with established and standards.

2. Responsible for the smooth operations of each section in the Front Office

3. Build positive rapport with VIPs, Club guests and return guests to ascertain their preference in room, F&B and other preferences.

4. Supervise Front Office operations during assigned shift including but not limited to:

• Maintenance of guest information

5. Supervise cashiering activities during shift including but not limited to:

Requirements

Job Description:

• Understanding of Project Specifications, construction drawings and to ensure that all site activities comply with the regulations and client’s requirements
• Monitor site works to ensure the method statements and work procedure are strictly followed.
• Competent in carrying out supervision of structural works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor’s work site
• Ensure the Builder executes the work in accordance to Consultant’s instructions
• Check drawings for discrepancies and highlight to Consultant, suggesting possible solutions to prevent delays
• Conduct quality inspections and quality control of materials used for the project
• To ensure proper documentation of site inspection records, safety records and approved /as-built drawings
• Maintaining and updating site records on progress of work, housekeeping and preparing reports
• Verify the contractors’ progress payment, claim in terms of work done and materials/equipment delivered and stored on site
• Witness all the inspection, testing and commissioning sessions performed by the contractors to ensure compliance with designs and specifications
• Report to project QP / Project Consultants Team on quality and progress
• Period: 36 months

Requirement:

• Min Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in supervision of residential buildings
• Resident Technical Officer Certificate accredited by IES / ACES
• Knowledge and Experience in institutional
• Conversant in statutory code and requirements
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communications skills essential

Job Description:

• Support in developing consumer educational materials such as factsheets, patient education aids, and other resources
• Assist in create graphics and posts in various formats to increase awareness and effectiveness of educational resources for consumers or encourage participation in suggesting topics and attending patient engagement workshops.
• Develop a flipbook of impact stories from written drafts provided by the team and liaise with featured patient experts for the required media consent and release forms
• Support the development and dissemination of the organisation’s updates
• Convert patient surveys forms and collate responses from patient organisations and tracking of contributions
• Transcribe handwritten patient responses into Excel documents for analysis and tracking
• Assist with sending mass emails to patient organisations through mailbox
• Convert the products to mobile-friendly formats for hosting on external stakeholders’ website
• Provide administrative support, including meeting/workshop logistics, procurement, and other related duties as needed

Job Requirements:

• Only Singaporean.
• Minimum Degree in Health, Science, Social Sciences or any related discipline.
• Able to use social media platforms and creative design tools such as Canva and Adobe would be advantageous.
• Preferably with healthcare sciences experiences.
