Responsibilities:
· Assist in accounts and month end closing.
· Bank reconciliation, management reports, financial Statements, GST submissions
· Able to use Auto-Count or other accounting systems
· Manage payroll, CPF contributions, IRAS matters
· Manage employee records and expense claims
· Admin and general work
· Manange email account
· Manage work permit holders salary payment calculation
· Handle purchasing / PO
· Maintain proper filing system, documentation, and database of employees and work permit holders
· Support ad-hoc duties, projects and coordinate company activities as assigned.
Requirements:
· Candidate must posses at least Diploma or Advanced/Higher or other relevant qualifications
· Minimum 2 years of accounts and admin work
· Good knowledge of accounting standards and local regulatory requirements is preferred
· Other qualities sought include proficiency in Excel and other MS office applications.
