We are hiring for an established community hospital and looking for talents to contribute towards their care ecosystem, spanning inpatient, outpatient, home care and community-based programmes, and specialised areas of care. You can make a difference here!

The work exposure would be a range of clinical services, including inpatient care of rehabilitation and sub-acute patients, outpatient clinics focusing on integrative care of patients with chronic disease, geriatric syndromes and rehabilitative care, and home medical care for chronic bed bound patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient care of patients at the hospital and other assigned institutions as part of extension of services of the hospital.
• Participate in relevant research.
• Keep good records of treatment and findings and write relevant reports and referrals.
• Be actively involved in the screening of referrals as well as bed management.

Key Requirements

• Medical degree and registered to practice in Singapore
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a hospital environment
• Postgraduate exposure to geriatric medicine will be an advantage
• Passion to work with elderly patients

• Salary : $2,500 - $3,300
• Location: Buangkok
• Working hours: 4 days (Monday - Sunday) rotating shift
• Day Duty shift - 7.30am to 7.30pm
• Night Duty shift - 7.30pm to 7.30am

Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise the care of residents
• Develop and implement programmes and activities for the well-being of residents
• Put up monthly interview records for residents
• Ensure proper maintenance of the Home's equipment
• Ensure the cleanliness of the Home premises

Requirements:

• Diploma in psychology , social work , counselling or relevant field
• Willing to work rotating shifts including night shift and weekends
• Training provided
