Loan Officer

• Salary : $3500 - $4,000 + Commission
• Working hours: 5.5 work week (Shifts Arrangement)
• Weekdays 11AM – 7PM
• Weekends 12PM-6PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Timely processing of bilateral and syndication loans drawdown, rollover, rate fixing, billing, repayment and facility fees collection.
• Support remittance and deposits placement functions.
• Perform AML screening as well as pre & post transactional handling.
• Timely and proper response to internal/external stakeholder’s inquiries and on matters relating to the services provided by the Branch.
• Maintain proper record of all loan files.
• Perform daily reconciliation, audit confirmation, management, and regulatory reporting.

Job Requirements

• Diploma holder in relevant industry
• With at least 5 years of relevant working experience in Loan Operations/ Credit Administration

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our fast growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the retail company's operations across both online and offline channels. This role involves integrating and aligning the company's omnichannel strategies to drive growth, enhance customer experiences, and ensure operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for:

• Omnichannel Strategy and Integration:
  Develop and implement integrated operational strategies that support both online and offline retail channels.
  Ensure a consistent and cohesive customer experience across physical stores and digital platforms.
  Collaborate with senior leadership to align omnichannel strategies with the company’s overall business objectives.
• Operational Management:
  Oversee daily operations across all retail channels, including stores, e-commerce, and fulfillment centers.

We would want to speak with you if you are / have –

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in retail management, including experience managing both online and offline channels at a senior level.
• Strong knowledge of omnichannel retail operations, supply chain management, and customer experience strategies.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams across multiple channels.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, financial performance, and cost control.

It would be great if you have:

• Experience in a multi-channel or omnichannel consumer brand environment with a focus on integrating online and offline operations.
• Familiarity with retail management systems, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing strategies.
• Proven ability to drive technological advancements and innovation in retail operations.
