• Manage invoice matching, ensuring accuracy and necessary documentation before posting to the accounting system.
• File and scan documents to the document management system.
• Conduct monthly vendor reconciliations.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare payments and submit promptly to supervisor.
• Handle additional assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience
• Relevant accounting qualification.
• Comfortable to work in fast-paced environment

Job Scope:

• Handle full set of accounts including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, etc.
• Reconciliation of Balance sheet accounts including creditors, intercompany, fixed assets and banks
• Consolidation of management accounts and financial reports
• Prepares quarterly GST submission and other statutory returns
• Cash flow and other financial forecast

Job Requirement:

• Min Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or any other equivalent certifications
