Position Title: Accounts Executive

(Part-time 3 days a week, 9am to 5.30pm)

Your Key Responsibilities will be:

· Complete a full set of accounts

· GST filing

· Preparing year-end adjustments (Prepayments and accruals)

Requirements:

· Preferable to start work immediately or within short notice

· If you have experience in corporate tax filing (Form CS), you will receive a higher salary range

· At least 3 years of relevant experience in handling a full set of accounts

· The candidate is required to work 3 days a week or 12 days in a month

Role & Responsibilities :

Handle full set of accounts, including Account Payable and Account Receivable, Journal Entries, Bank Reconciliation.

Handle multiple books.
Generate invoices.
Prepare GIRO collection/ payment via online banking.
Prepare Payroll and CPF submission.
Prepare GST submission.
Prepare financial reports for management.
Assist in Tax computation
Assist Financial reports for submission to authorities.
Other ad hoc duties as required by the Management.

Requirements:

Min. Certificate or Diploma in Accounting/ Finance.
Min. 5 years’ experience in relevant scope of work.
Hands on experience in accounting software eg. SQL, Sage, MYOB.
Hands on experience in HR & CRM software would be an advantage. InfoTech HRM & Taidii CRM.
Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Words and Excel with good knowledge in pivot table, vlookup functions etc.
Familiar with government online portal (optional).
Well spoken and written English.
Organised and meticulous with good attention to details
Good time management and ability to multi-task

Working Hour & Location:- 9am to 6pm, 5-days week.
