Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Shipping Assistant cum Accounts to join our team at Fairteck Holding Pte Ltd. This role also involves supporting the Sales Support team and handling import/export documentation.

Job Description:

· Attend to import and export shipment process and documentation preparation

· Daily tracking of export shipments and coordination with service providers

· Knowledge of shipping, custom-related issues, port operations, and permit declaration.

· Liaising closely with various forwarders for shipment confirmation and shipment arrangements

· Follow up and advise customers on shipment status

· Able to assist retail department preparing invoice and DO for daily delivery

· Input data and generate reports for retail department

Requirements:
