Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:45 PM
Salary: $2,350

Job Responsibilities:

• Journal Preparation: Prepare journals for debit and credit notes, and ensure generated debit notes are sent to the appropriate requestors.
• Invoice Support: Handle trade invoice interface errors, providing resolutions and support.
• System Maintenance: Prepare necessary forms for trade system-related errors or maintenance tasks.
• Car Code Advisory: Provide car codes to requestors as needed.
• Audit Assistance: Support auditors with audit requests by gathering and providing necessary documentation.
• Reporting: Extract and compile expense reports using SAP.
• Additional Tasks: Assist with other assigned duties as required to support the finance department.

• Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports, such as balance sheets, schedules, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Record and monitor fixed asset activities, including generating fixed asset reports and maintaining schedules and related financial tasks.
• Ensure adherence to local financial regulations and tax requirements, including preparing and submitting necessary reports.
• Comply with internal control standards, including financial and operational policies and procedures.
• Actively participate in year-end audits, preparing financial statements and notes in accordance with accounting standards and Group policies.
• Support the seamless integration of new financial accounting processes for changes like new businesses and departments.
• Engage in creating, testing, and reviewing functional requirements to enhance financial operating systems as needed.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 year of experience in accounting or finance role.
• Accounting knowledge will be added advantage
• Immediate starter is preferred

Job Scope

• Record and posting of customer payment/receipts
• Update daily cash book
• Send Monthly SOA to customers every 1st week of the month
• Manage relationship with customers, include attending to queries and resolve disputes
• Liaise with internal department to resolve issues and disputes
• Send weekly update AR report to HQ (Friday) and respective salesman for review
• Distribution & allocation of Customers funds to various internal station
• Update of weekly foreign exchange rate into in house system
• Handle internal settlement with other subsidiary stations
• Issue cheque upon request.
• Arrange bank transfer upon receive of payment requisition.
• Update of staff leave.
• Arrange delivery quantity of distilled water on every Monday
• Email GST payment status on every Friday.
• Reimbursement claims for staffs
• Print out time sheets on 21st of every month
• Place order for NTUC stuffs/stationery/warehouse stuffs
• Accrual entry for staff claim.
• Attend to general repair works requested for office / warehouse.
• Daily visitors pass & airport pass application.
• Provide support to HR.

Requirement

• Diploma in Accountancy and above
• 2 – 4 years of relevant work experience
