project works. Manage and maintain/update these safety records & checklists

· Inventory management for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

· Support haze and pandemic activities

· Respond promptly to incidents & accidents

Requirements:

· WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH or its equivalent

· Registered WSHC/WSHO with MOM, ECO with NEA

· Have a good knowledge in Occupational Health & Safety Management System

· Have excellent people management & interpersonal skills

Job Scope:

• Provide logistics and operational work in executing orders including liaising with sales and documentation team within the company, with producers, shipping carriers and forwarder
• Ensure smooth shipments and timely cargo delivery with active anticipation, analysis and planning with team member
• Cost and risk consciousness to achieve minimum risk and maximizing efficiency in performing logistical works
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess minimum a Diploma
• Possess at least 2 years of logistic coordination experience
• Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
• Good communications, interpersonal & coordination skills

Update Safety practices documents as directed to create a safe working environment

Ensure compliance with local regulations pertaining to health, environmental and safety standards. Interface with regulatory agencies and assist during regulatory inspections. Keep apprised of development in local safety and environmental laws

Carrying out daily safety inspections and implementation of safety programmes

Requirement:

Registered WSHO from MOM

Relevant certification as WSHO

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience

Key Skills:
