Responsibilities:

• Organize and conduct regular credit & AR review meetings with BUs/sales departments to close out all delinquent accounts.
• Follow up and communicate with customers.
• Review and process new customer account applications.
• Maintain and update particulars and credit limits of customer accounts in SAP.
• Monitor daily sales transactions for credit hold in SAP and communicate with the sales department to address overdue issues.
• Disseminate or circulate invoices, statements of accounts, reminders, and confirmation letters.
• Perform customer account reconciliations and confirmations.
• Prepare regular collections and AR status reports for management and for HQ.
• Liaise with insurers and apply for trade credit insurance for customer accounts with credit terms.
• Liaise with banks in respect of bank guarantees including but not limited to letters of credit.
• Act as key AR and billing liaison person for the overseas shared service center.
• Check supporting documents to carry out billings to customers.
• Other adhoc duties assigned by Senior Financial Controller/ Assistant Manager.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in MS software including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
• SAP working experience is preferred but not necessary.
• Working experience with Letters of Credit is desired but not mandatory.
• Communicate with customers and insurers tactfully and professionally.
• Prioritize issues, and have a sense of urgency and ownership of tasks.
• Comfortable working closely with different departments simultaneously.

• On-board and maintain vendor records
• Process and review vendors' invoices for payments, including conducting a 3-way match of invoices, managing invoice discrepancies, and verifying indirect taxes (VAT, WHT)
• Serve as the primary point of contact for staff reimbursement queries using Concur and for raising purchase requisitions using Oracle

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy, with 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience in Finance and Accounts Payable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and practical working experience with accounting software systems
• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting fundamentals
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent analysis, evaluation, and problem-solving skills

Who We Need

You will be responsible for providing 24 hours security within the hospital premises:

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the security, safety and wellbeing.
• Investigate and report all security breaches and building defect immediately.
• Respond to emergency and provide necessary actions when required.
• Control traffic by directing drivers / SCDF officers when applicable.
• Assist in maintaining orderly parking of vehicles in the hospital premises.
• Able to investigate and deal with conflict situations that occur within the hospital premises in an appropriate manner.

How to Succeed

• To perform 3 rotating shifts on 6-day work week including public holidays and weekends.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Possesses a valid Police License Regulatory Department (PLRD) license.
