Roles & Responsibilities
· Update invoices and other accounting documents or records.
· Update and maintain accounting records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable).
· Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.
· Reconciles records employees and management, or external vendors or customers.
· Maintenance of worker payroll including the calculating of CPF and generating of payslips
· Monitoring the accounts receivables and payables to ensure that all invoices are paid on timely basis
· Preparing checks, deposits.
Requirements:
· Need to work from 1pm to 830 pm daily to meet staff who started work after 6pm for their payroll issue
· Experience as accounting executive
· Knowledge of Payroll is advantages
· Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset.
· Organized and efficient with an eye for detail and high level of accuracy.
