Responsibilities:

• Manages Key Access Control
• Maintain the Log Book for contractors working in the hotel in accordance with company’s health and safety policies

Job Responsibilities:

- Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources.

- Support the design and development of quality procedures, processes, and standards to ensure alignment to quality policy and local regulatory guidelines.

- Provide technical assistance to production on quality and process improvements and perform troubleshooting when necessary.

- Responsible to write and/or update all relevant documentation for project activities.

- Support quality manager during internal and external audit.

- Conduct QC test for every batch of raw material, in-process and finished product.

- Execute the technical transfer and validation protocol for QC assays.

- Assist in the implementation of new assay methodologies and the associated instrumentation.

- Proper issuance and filing of documents in accordance with GxP documents.

- Perform equipment monitoring and basic housekeeping.

- Perform routine clean room sanitization task to maintain the cleanroom ISO standards.

- Identify and facilitate continuous improvements.

- Maintains inventory and submit purchase requests as needed.

- Any other tasks / projects assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

- Degree in biomedical science/biotechnology or related discipline.

- 1 – 3 years working experience in QA/QC role or relevant work experience in similar manufacturing industry or cleanroom environment.

- Proven experience in cGMP, FDA regulations and ICH Guidelines regarding the manufacture of biological products.

- Good knowledge in quality assurance tools, concepts, and methodologies.

- Experience in writing and/or review of GxP documents to ensure good

documentation, data integrity, GxP and regulatory requirements are met.

- Experience in cell/gene therapy is preferred.

- Expertise in cell culture, flow cytometry and molecular biology.

- Self-initiated, able to work independently and in a team.

- Ability to communicate at all levels.

Job Description

• Conduct investigation, submission of investigation reports and preparing the relevant documents i.e. advisories, warnings, Notices Of offer of Composition and prosecution papers.

• Investigation work will include taking statements from any witness or suspect in the field or interview room, obtaining relevant evidence as defined by the Evidence Act and compiling and making recommendations in the investigation papers.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor

Job Requirements :

The candidate(s) for SIO position shall have investigation experience of at least 5 years with SPF and at least diploma/degree certification, IOs with substantial investigation experience but without diploma/degree may be assessed for the position as well; and

This role is to support the Senior Accountant (Crewing Entities) in keeping full set of accounts and ensuring that all accounting standards, controls and accuracy are maintained whilst meeting Northern Marine Group / Stena Group reporting requirements.

• Keeping full set of accounts for several crewing entities, including preparation of financial statements, relevant reconciliation reports and audit schedules
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, cashbook, fixed assets and general ledger functions
• Maintain individual accounts receivable and accounts payable subledgers and make adjustment whenever necessary, including generating and posting sales invoices in the ERP system, posting of supplier invoices in the system for approval and payments
• Preparing & co-ordinating period end closing activities for corporate reporting
• Responsible for submitting annual budgets and quarterly forecasts including AARO reporting
• Perform variance analysis, bank & accounts reconciliations
• Liaising with customers, suppliers and other parties on financial transactions
• Preparing annual financial reports within statutory deadlines
• Submission of GST returns, prepare corporate tax computation and XBRL
• Manage treasury activities, including cashflow forecasts, working capital requirements and ensure sufficient funding received from clients for seafarers’ payrolls
• Liaise with corporate secretarial agents, auditors, tax agents, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations etc, for preparation and submission of necessary regulatory documentation & returns
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls procedures and processes in line with company’s policies
• Involved in external ISO & internal controls audits, finance procedures & transfer pricing documentation and writing minutes of meetings
• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by superior

Education & Experience

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent preferred
• Computer literate particularly in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Organized, detailed and deadline-oriented
• Able to work both independently and equally in a team environment
