Responsibilities:

• Manage full set of accounts
• Provide business analysis, consolidation of monthly/quarterly/yearly financial results and support
  production of yearly budgets and revenue forecast
• Monitor, assess and ensure timely and accurate transaction for closing of monthly/quarterly/ yearly
  reporting of financial and management reports, as well as prepare financial reports for HQ
• Review consolidation package done by subsidiary companies and report to HQ
• Support communication with HQ and subsidiary companies when required
• Review and support the accounts of subsidiary companies
• Reconcile, process and report all costing, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) activities
• Ensure tasks are carried out in compliance with operating standards, company rules & regulations and
  statutory requirements
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of statutory reports
• Maintain fixed assets processes and procedures (including disposal, verification and depreciation of
  fixed assets etc.)
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary etc.
• Assist in management of transactions related to bonds and fixed deposit
• Handle J-SOX, internal control related queries and reporting
• Handle FRS116 accounting and review on new leases
• Handle Company’s tax reporting (GST, Corporate tax submission, withholding tax etc.)
• Lead and guide accounts Team on daily operations
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting or related field
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in full set of accounts (With at least 2 years of audit work experience required)
• Experience in managing team members
• Hands-on with sound knowledge in accounting and statutory rules and regulations

Scope of Work

● Administer day to day operations of China and Singapore marketing, claims and underwriting departments and prepare various marketing strategies for all businesses, such as social media, education, online and offline training.

● Develop and operationalize sustainability reporting (China & Singapore companies), including WeChat OA Broadcasting, New Media Matrix data collection, Live Data Analysis etc.

● Coordinate with Chinese advertising agencies, including, Wechat/Redbook/Facebook etc. And recommend improvements to company profile and develop and maintain relations.

● Manage and track China & Singapore teams corporate sustainability goals and metrics, analyze Wechat/Red book/Facebook’s data and produce regular reports.

● Implement and monitor sustainability initiatives / projects across sites and conduct regular stakeholder engagement meeting to ensure objectives are met.

● Assist to prepare all strategies for China and Singapore education marketing clients and forecast all budget requirements.

Requirements

● At least 5 years of General Management or Marketing or equivalent experience with proven ability in marketing management and strategic business development.

● Master or Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Management Studies.

● Good communication and collaboration skills with a professional and pleasant demeanor

● Ability to communicate, present and influence counterparts of the organization

● Proven ability to successfully manage and strategize for social media & education marketing clients and forecast all budget requirements.
