Job Responsibilities

• Manage day to day operations at the concierge counters and the Paragon Club lounge
• Handle all customer service requests effectively and efficiently
• Perform mall promotions related activities, including but not limited to gift redemptions, sale of Mall Vouchers at the counter
• Support with rostered checks and walks within the mall
• To support Senior Chief Concierge and team members with other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned

Competencies

• Possesses minimally a GCE “O” Level certificate.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in shopping malls, the hospitality industry or within any premium lounges.
• Team player with customer oriented and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of Google Suite would be a strong advantage.
• Able to perform shifts and work on weekends and/or public holidays.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

-Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the site.

-Plan, execute and supervise all the facilities' management and operational activities

-Conduct meetings, project co-ordination in residential/Commercial strata development

-Invite quotations, conduct evaluation for all services, provide recommendation reports and organise and coordinate Corrective Program for repairs and maintenance of the common properties

-Administer contracts renewals and issue of contracts

JOB REQUIREMENT

-Candidate with self drive possess Professional Certificate/ Diploma or degree in Estate Management or related disciplines.

-Previous experience in managing condominiums, industrial or commercial buildings.

-Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills

-Knowledge of Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) and Building Maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) Act

Reporting to the Condominium Manager/ Site Manager, you will assist in the day to day operations matters within the estate.

Job Responsibilities:

· Fully responsible for the day to day operation of the building / condominium

· Coordinate all maintenance and administrative staff assigned to the building / condominium

· Carry out all maintenance functions to the highest standard expected for the client and the subsidiary proprietors

· Coordinate personnel of providing maintenance, finance, security, fire safety and car park management

· Ensure all contract works/ routine servicing are carried out accordingly as specified in their contract agreements.

· Review all contracts, agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation / tender

· Co-ordinate council meetings and Annual General Meetings

• Any other duties or ad-hoc projects as assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

· Polytechnic Diploma/ Certificate in Property or Facilities Management or related discipline

· Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

· Applicant must be willing to work 5.5 day work week

· Good team player with excellent interpersonal, communications and negotiation skills

· Ability to do some hands-on work on site

· Ability to multitask and handle pressure

· Good administrative and computer literacy
