• Preparation, submission and filing of GST returns for our clients
• Preparation of Audit Schedules and liaising with external auditor during Annual Audit
• Having relevant knowledge of corporate and personal tax and handle simple tax computation and able to liaise with IRAS if necessary
• Any other duties/tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• LCCI higher certificate/diploma or Diploma in Accounting at least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Work experience in a CPA firm would be an added advantage
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Must be initiative, multi-tasking, work independently, hardworking and meets tight deadlines
• Good interpersonal, communication and ability to work under pressure
• Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients)

Job Descriptions:

· Handling full set of accounts.

· Responsible for the timely and accurate month end and year end close for the management accounts.

· Performs data entries, prepare and assist in day to day operation in accounting.

· Process intercompany billings.

· Quarterly GST preparation and submission.

· Prepare yearly audit schedules and liaise with external auditor.

· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Candidates must posses at least a professional certificate (e.g LCCI) in accounting.

· Minimum 3 years experiences in accounts position in a fast-paced organization.

· Proficient in Excel.

· Prior Experience in F&B environment will be an advantage.

· 5 days work week

Verify and Process Vendor Bills: Ensure accuracy and completeness of all vendor invoices.
Update Accounting Software: Enter vendor bills into MYOB in a timely manner.
Billing/Invoicing Duties: Raise invoices to customers
General Administration: Handle filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office records.
Ad-hoc Tasks: Assist with other administrative or accounting duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Work Schedule:5-day work week: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
