Responsibilities

• Manage the operational flow of cash transactions and services relating to cross border and local transfers initiated by Clients.
• Provide end-to-end treasury processing support for trade confirmations, settlements, and trade reconciliations.
• Manage the cash and trade investigation process in event of adverse payments events (e.g., recall of funds, late payments), and failed trades, payment disputes, trade discrepancies respectively.
• Ensure that E-payment disputes (e.g., PayNow/Fast) are handled timely.
• Monitor daily liquidity and nostro position and provide reports to stakeholders.
• Good knowledge and experienced in using different types of SWIFT messages in both MT and MX format.
• Proficient with DTCC report submission.
• Maintenance of static data in core-banking system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of prior work experience in similar function in banking industry.
• Prior experience working in a bank’s Cash/Treasury Operations or relevant back-office functions.
• Prior experience working on cross-border payments, domestic, FX, MM, trade, and loans.
• Sound knowledge in International, Local and Fast/PayNow payments processing and settlement cycle.
• Strong awareness of KYC/AML regulations and full understanding of Risks and Control requirements.
• Good understanding and experience in payment innovation, payment, and deposits products.
• Good communication skills with ability to multi-task, detail oriented, and effective time management skills.

Education & Qualification

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Registered as Resident Technical Officer with BCA/IES/ACES.
• At least 5 years of site supervision experience as Resident Technical Officer.

Skills And Knowledge

Requirement:

• Preferably with (PSM) Project Safety Management by Singapore power

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead the site safety team and subcontractors in the implementation of company's safety systems.
• Liaise closely with site operations staff and project manager on all safety and health issues.
• To supervise safety and promote safety conduct.
• To inspect and rectify any unsafe place of work.
• To correct any unsafe practice;
• Conduct regular safety inspection/audits to identify safety and health hazards and conduct safety gap analysis.
• Assist in accident reporting and investigations as well as tool-box meetings.
• Assist in all areas of safety planning and incident prevention.
• Assist in ISO OHSAS 45001 and ISO 14001 audits.
• Attend to any government agencies, insurance companies, auditors etc.
• Any other duties as stipulated in WSH Act.
