Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full cycle of accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and vendor communication.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency in accounts payable operations.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely payments and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Prepare financial reports and analysis to support decision-making processes and provide insights into accounts payable performance.
• Direct involvement in day-to-day accounting operations as well as meticulous preparation of reporting.
• Incumbent report directly to the Finance Controller, collaborating closely to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes.
• Full-set of accounts.
• Provide oversight and conduct comprehensive reviews of account across subsidiary regions.
• Manage intercompany back-charged, billings, settlements, and treasury management.
• Collaborate and liaise and support seamless intercompany activities.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounts payable, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in handling a full set of accounts and experience with accounting software (ERP, Synergix).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and interact with vendors professionally.
• Ability to meet deadlines, set priorities and organize work to meet objectives, identify and deal with problems.
• Ability to start immediately or short notice.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for full sets of Accounts
• Prepare month-end and year-end financial statements
• Prepare financial statements, payments, AR billings, journals, monthly schedules, bank statement reconciliations, staff reimbursements, GST submission etc.
• Prepare management reports i.e. project analytics, revenue, costs, cash flows, AP, AR, Related Party Transactions reconciliation for group reporting & etc.
• Liaise with internal and external parties on billings, payments, reconciliations, audit, taxation matters
• Assist in banking matters, account opening, LC, insurance bond & etc.
• Assist in corporate secretarial activities
• Coordination for physical inventory and fixed assets count on an ad-hoc basis
• Responsible for statistical filing
• Hands-on and work with other team members for finance deliverables

Requirements

• Accounting Degree, Partial ACCA or other relevant qualifications
• Proficient in MS Excel, Words, PowerPoint & etc
• Good communication, organization and administration skills
• Hand-on experience in Navision accounting software is an advantage
• Experience in Process/ construction industry is an advantage
• Min 5 year of experience.

Job Requirement

• Possess at least Diploma/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Certification in Accountancy or equivalent
• At least 1 year of working experience/Fresh Graduates are welcome to try
• Singaporean/PR/Malaysian only
• Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office (many claim they know excel but few truly know it, please let us know how much do you understand)
