• Assist in outlets daily sales & receipts reconciliation to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
• Filing documents
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

• LCCI, Degree or Diploma in Accountancy
• Partial AP/AR experience
• At least 2 years of relevant experience with hands-on experience
• Prior Experience in F&B environment will be an advantage
• Good team player with positive work attitude, interpersonal and communications skills
• The willingness and attitude in learning beyond the books
• Able to meet deadlines and work under tight schedules
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice

Responsibilities:

• Perform picking and packing duties in the warehouse premise
• Warehouse cleaning and maintenance
• Conduct monthly inventory checks and update the system
• Prepare work orders
• Track and monitor expiration dates of all items
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor

Requirements:

• At least 1 - 2 years of warehouse/ logistics experience
• Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage
