You will be integral in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the hotel’s financial performance. • Oversee the calculation and management of food and beverage costs, ensuring efficient inventory management, proper valuation, and control of waste or spoilage.
• Monitor payroll expenses, overtime, and staffing levels in relation to revenue, and ensure that labor costs are optimized to align with sales projections.
• Provide accurate financial forecasts, adjusting for any changes in operations or market conditions, and ensure that forecasts are aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Ensure that the company complies with Singapore's Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations, preparing GST returns and managing tax filings on time.
