Job Scope

• Maintain accurate financial records and statements
• Assist in month-end closing activities
• Receive payments and ensure collections are posted to customer accounts
• Prepare monthly debtors reconciliation, statement of accounts and record collection status of customers
• Prepare payment vouchers, issue cheque payment and monthly supplier reconciliation
• Process payroll transactions into the organization’s accounting system
• Use relevant Info COMM technology systems and tools effectively for data analysis
• Monitor daily cash flow and do bank reconciliation
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirement

• Process invoices received from suppliers and process payments
• Update invoice listing and prepare accrual listing
• Perform monthly supplier’s reconciliation
• Perform bank reconciliation
• Prepare invoice to client
• Prepare back charge invoice subcontractors and update COR register
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

• Degree / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 3 to 5 years of accounting experience.
• Candidates who are studying ACCA are welcomed to apply.
• Hardworking, meticulous and able to take on ad-hoc tasks from time to time.
• Designation and remuneration will be dependent on relevant experience.
• Experience in Marine/Shipyard or Construction industry is advantageous (but NOT a must).
