Job Responsibilities

· Handling AP/AR/Factoring

· Prepare invoices, debit and credit notes for customers

· Manage Revenue & Receivable accounting and Internal Audit Functions

· Manage Petty Cash Payable accounting

· Ensure Accurate and Timely closing of ledger systems on a monthly basis

· Preparation of GST report

· Bank reconciliation and journal entries

· Weekly sales report

· Monthly AR & AP report

· Monthly check asset

· Liaise with auditor

· Liaise with Operations with respect to revenue-related matters

· Liaise with customer

· Consignment Cost

· Costing for Rate

· Preparation of GST report

· Bank Reconciliation and Journal Entries

· Daily Report

· Ad-Hoc duties assigned by Management

Requirements:

· Graduate Diploma / Professional Certificate in accounting with at least 1 year experience in related field.

Requirements

Job Description:

1. Accounting and Bookkeeping:

• Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Manage cash flow and bank reconciliations.

2.Tax and Compliance:

• Handle GST submissions and tax filings.
• Assist with audit preparation and support external auditors.

3.Vendor and Customer Management:

• Manage accounts payable by verifying and processing supplier invoices.
• Handle accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Maintain vendor and customer account statements.

4.Financial Reporting:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure timely submission of reports to management.

Job Requirements:

1.Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping.

2.Skills & Competencies:

• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero or MYOB).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP).
• Familiarity with tax regulations, GST reporting, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
