Key Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts, including invoicing and delivery orders.
• Follow up on client payments and manage GST and CPF submissions.
• Respond to government-related queries and manage MOM documentation.
• Answer sales calls and prepare quotations.
• Coordinate between office and site for worker arrangements.
• Purchase hardware or arrange transportation as needed.

• LCCI/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.

Job Description:

• Assist mainly with AR accounting tasks
• Performing day to day financial transactions, data entry into ERP, recording of bank documentations, and filing of documents
• Reconciliation bank statement and other financial documents
• Assist to create and process vendor invoices on a timely basis
• Manage basic phone calls and respond to email inquiries related to accounting matters
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Levels
• Minimum 1 year of experience in AR
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organization and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
