• Handle daily operational AP/ AR tasks including invoicing, payment, receipts, staff claims, and others
• Handle bank reconciliation and other bank related matters
• Perform Monthly Reconciliation
• Generate statements of accounts to respective department and customer
• Assist in preparation of monthly and adhoc reporting and audit schedules
• Assist in monthly financial closing and ensure responsible accounting entries are properly, timely and accurately updated

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, ACCA, AAT or other professional Accounting qualifications

Invoicing and Trade Finance Officer (Commodities)

6-month contract (may be renewable, subject to budget approval)

Responsibilities:

• Raise Purchase Orders for vendors
• Complete service entries
• Coordinate the set-up of new vendors in the RTBS and PASS SAP systems
• Administration and ownership of the Third-Party due diligence process
• Documentation of the invoicing process in both SAP systems (PASS and RTBS)
• Point of contact for account payment queries with service providers
