Roles and Responsibilities

• End-to-end Recruitment & Selection on employee's hiring including job postings on various platforms, coordination with the recruitment agencies on profiles, and interview arrangement process.
• Managing the HRIS System @ SuccessFactor i.e. prompt update of new / changes of employee’s database with maximum accuracy.
• Maintaining personnel files for all employees.
• Assist in payroll processing.
• Handles and administer on-boarding process such as orientation, cards registration etc.
• Handles the organization’s employee database, prepare reports and surveys.
• General administration and human resources related tasks (e.g. quarterly orientation, employment contracts, set-up new personal files, new hire guides, leave application, overtime and etc).
• Provide guidance training to employee on HRIS system.
• Assist with all internal and external HR and General Admin related matters.
• Ad hoc duties such as townhall coordination and company staff functions.
• To assist and cooperate with the team on any other tasks that is not listed on the above as and when the team is short-handed.

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role or at least 2 years of experience as an HR coordinator (essential).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills which includes the ability to use vlookup, to automate large volumes of data, use pivot table, graphs and tables etc.
• Ability to work comfortably under pressure and meet tight timeline in fast paced working environment.

The Group Audit (GA) function comprises over 500 staff located in our four hub locations New York, London, Frankfurt, Singapore and 26 other countries across the globe.

This role is within a team that provides audit coverage of the CRO function and forms part of a much larger global team (around ~50 FTE).

As a member of this audit team, you will be exposed to specialist functions such as Market Risk Management, Credit Risk Management, Non-Financial Risk Management and Enterprise Risk Management.

In addition to conducting audit work across these functions, the team also works closely with other audit teams to provide ‘joined up’ assurance, as well as to act in an advisory capacity on Credit Risk Management, Market Risk Management, Non-Financial Risk Management and Enterprise Risk Management related topics.

The Auditor leads or works independently on audits of a specific business/functional area/region and evaluates the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls relating to risks within those business areas.

They will proactively develop and maintains professional consultative working relationships within their own function and with stakeholders inside and outside the bank and respective support areas. They will use a range of approaches to collect relevant information to assess key risks, resolve major issues or carry out tasks.

The Auditor works in a co-operative manner with subject matter experts and other teams from across the function and outside the function to provide ‘front-to-back’ audit coverage and actively contribute to the delivery of team plans in support of the functional and business strategies, working under limited supervision.

They may occasionally participate in ad-hoc projects and special investigations.

Your key responsibilities:

• Executes day-to-day operational audit work and contributes to the delivery of audits (including risk assessment profiles and business monitoring).
• Plans audits e.g. documenting activity flows of the processes to be reviewed, identifies risks and the key actual controls in place to mitigate the identified risks and attends meetings with internal stakeholders as and when required.
• Executes audit fieldwork in line with the agreed audit approach e.g. documenting Activity Flows, identification of key risks, testing of key controls to determine whether they are properly designed and are operating effectively and documenting work in accordance with divisional standards.
• Drafts clear and concise audit findings for review by audit management, facilitates issue tracking, validates the closure of findings.
• Partners with other divisional/teams during audit engagement to guarantee an integrated approach.
• Participates in exit meetings as required.
• Reviews and provides expert opinions on action plans provided by clients, helping them develop robust remediation plans.
• Completes all assigned audit work in line with agreed budgets, including ad hoc projects and special investigations.
• Acts as a competent partner and challenger to clients in the closure process of findings.
• Communicates openly with divisional management and the internal stakeholders; keeps them informed of potential issues and escalate problems/delays accordingly.
• Presents complex and sensitive messages (such as audit issues) comprehensively, professionally and reduces complex topics to simple statements.
• Reinforces an environment where people management and development is a key priority.

Your skills and experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Risk Management in the financial services industry covering 2nd line Risk Management function such as Credit Risk Management, Market Risk Management, Non-Financial Risk Management or Enterprise Risk Management.
• Working experience in Direct internal or external audit experience in the Risk Function.
• Proven experience and knowledge of banking activities, including capital market products and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Good working knowledge in technology integrated auditing.
• Working experience in Microsoft Excel, MS Access skills and Data Analytics skills such as Python, Tableau etc.
• Good written/verbal communication skills, communicating with clarity both orally and in writing in a logical and structured manner.
• Ability to build relationship and having analytical, problem solving, communication, influencing, planning and presentation skills.
• Able to work under pressure within tight deadlines , have a proactive approach, solutions and results oriented with good organisational skills.
• The ability to challenge and be challenged whilst maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, personal integrity and ethics.
• Ability to work in virtual, global teams in a matrix organization, transfer knowledge and develop capability of team members.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations in the warehouse, including receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching goods.

Key Responsibilities
