Responsibilities:

1. Manages the warehouse and shipping & receiving functions.

2. Maintains the accuracy of information in the Oracle Process module as well as the accuracy of the physical inventory.

3. Sets the minimum/maximum in the Oracle system, including maximizing the inventory turnovers to prevent expiration of raw materials.

4. Collaborate with key internal functions such as Operations Team, Business Support Team to provide excellence in supply chain visibility, responsiveness, cost effectiveness and on-time-in-full delivery to key stakeholders.

5. Strategically planning and managing logistics, warehouse operations, transportation and customer services

6. Responsible for the overall logistics of the facility including but not limited to inventory control, packaging, shipping and receiving – manage daily activity in these areas and work closely with Senior Logistics Administrator in the warehouse.

7. To assist warehouse activities as and when required when incoming/outgoing shipment volume is high.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers, vendors, forwarders, warehouse personnel, and distributors to coordinate shipping arrangements.
• Coordinate goods inspection activities.
• Process shipping documents and Certificate of Origin (CO) applications.
• Execute order fulfillment tasks, including processing orders, arranging shipments, and issuing Purchase Orders (POs).
• Maintain Inventory Reports.
• Support the Logistic Manager in month-end account closing activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics & Operations Management / Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office is required.
