Job Description

• Focus on research excellence and strengthen research collaborations related to your field of research.
• Assist in the securing of research funding or grants.
• Contribute to teaching and mentoring of medical students and research PhD students where applicable.

Job requirement

• PhD with at least 5 years of postdoctoral research experience

Roles and Responsibilities

• Checking of local and incoming shipments documentation.
• BL / AWB / Invoice / Packing List and other relevant documentations.
• Update Shipment logs.
• Perform BL registration in Glob+ in-house system (training will be provided).
• Verify customs and duties declaration form.
• Raising PO for warehouse miscellaneous usage such as labels.
• Customs compliance and regulations knowledge for Liquor & Tobacco will be an advantage.
• Required to be on site at warehouse to perform duties assigned.
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Preferably Diploma in Logistics or related discipline
• Must be able to read / write professionally in Korean to communicate with HQ Logistics team in S Korea
• At least 1-2 years of relevant Logistics experience
• Possess strong analytical, problem solving, eyes for details and communication skill
• Excel knowledge skill eg.VlookUp and Pivot table
• Organised and self-motivated
• Able to thrive under pressure and tight deadline
• Knowledge of customs declaration will be advantage
• Experience from Liquor and Tobacco category will be advantage

• STACKING INCOMING GOODS ONTO PALLETS AND TRANSPORTING THEM TO THE DESIGNATED SHELF LOCATION.

• REPACKING OF BLISTER PACKS, BUNDLE ND ETC.

• OTHER DUTIES THAT MAY BE ASSIGNED FROM TIME TO TIME BY THE SUPERIOR.
