RESPONSIBILITIES

A major community healthcare organization who believes in enhancing healthcare access and support for the underserved community, ensuring that this group of individual receives the care and attention, currently has an opening for a Payroll Assistant/ Executive (2-year contract).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Payroll Administration:

· Assist in the end-to-end processing of payroll for employees twice a month, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established policies and procedures

· Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies or issues, working closely with the HR department and relevant stakeholders

· Support the preparation and submission of statutory reports, such as IRAS tax filings

· Submit government childcare / maternity / paternity leave and other government claims

· Process and complete all documentations and updating of HRIS for the entire employee life cycle (confirmation, transfer, re-designation, contract renewal, resignation, etc.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Fresh Diploma/Degree holders will be considered

· Confident in handling numbers
