• Identify social media marketing trends and develop monthly content strategy, produce content for the required platforms, and schedule content in a timely manner

• Tailor content to different platforms and formats (e.g. static image, infographics, animation/GIF, Facebook/Instagram Stories, microvideos, polls, podcasts, live streams and event coverage)

• Ideate new and creative growth strategies through digital platforms and/or any emerging technologies including growth of Company social media platforms and their online presence

• Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies and digital marketing trends, and adopt these for future campaigns

Job scope:

· Create infographics, Tik Tok Videos and graphic designs

· Social Media and Telegram Channel Management

· Able to create, draft, manage and post social media content

· Attend exclusive media events

Requirements:

· Good communication skills

· Familiar with Social Media Platforms ( Telegram, Instagram & Tik Tok etc)

· Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom CC), Canva (would be a plus)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Authorized Student Recruiters (ASRs) and partnerships to increase student enrollment from South Asia and represent the College at recruitment events and promotional campaigns.
• Attend to prospective student enquiries across multiple channels and provide pre-course counseling in compliance with EduTrust requirements.
• Maintain effective communication to enhance student engagement and implement strategies to achieve retention and progression targets.
• Select and oversee new overseas centers to strengthen the College's presence in South Asian markets.
• Assist with Industrial Attachment (IA) placements and provide student support during the program.
• Ensure adherence to EduTrust Criteria 3 for student services and engagement.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in education sector business development.
• Familiarity with EduTrust processes is essential.
• Strong communication skills in English and two South Asian languages.

Job Responsibilities

Human Resource Executive

· Support HR processes and administration comprising Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning & Development and Off-boarding.

· Prepare, organize and maintain staff records and supporting documents for HR processes.

· Track and monitor HR budgets, manpower budget and resources effectively and efficiently.

· Prepare HR statistics and reports for submissions to senior management and external agencies.

· Attend to staff queries and requests regarding HR policies, processes and procedures.

Personal Assistant (PA)

· Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Principal.

· Liaise and communicate with relevant parties to arrange for meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes of meetings as required.

· Prepare and produce reports, documents and presentation materials for the Principal.

· Maintain and update all files and records kept in the Principal’s Office.

Job Requirements

· Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution

· At least 2 years of relevant Human Resource experience

· Meticulous and well-organized
