Full Time Position for Clinic Assistant at Bugis/ Rochor

Job Description & Requirements:

1) registration patients and dispensing of medicine

2) Handling enquiries incoming call , sms and email

3) chaperon during consultation

4) Filing of patient's records/reports and schedule appointment for patient

5) Managing of online insurance portals for medical claims

6) Any other administrative duties as required

7) Check stock ,replenish and order stock when needed.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills..

Responsible, responsive, hardworking and a team player.

Customer service oriented..

Experience in clinic operation and medication dispensing..

5 Days work week Morning & Afternoon shifts: 8.30am-12.30pm ,2-5pm.

Must be able to handle English and Chinese speaking patients.

• Responsible for the daily smooth performance of the restaurant
• Plans and sets daily & monthly sales target
• Organizes marketing activities such as promotional events and other related schemes
• Recruiting, training & motivating staff
• Prepares and handle event order
• Handles customer complaints and resolves them
• Maintains high standard of quality control, hygiene, health & safety
• Monitor work and maintain an efficient rapport between floor/kitchen employees and director’s board
• Plans and prepares staff rotas
• Maintain stocks and ensure par level is met on daily operation
• In-charge of training and imparting knowledge of wines and other beverages
• Liaise with the head chef and senior management in setting up operational budgets
• Oversees all work in shift and perform regular inspections in all areas
• Help in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate

Working Location: Island-wide
Contract Duration: Up to 12 Months Contract
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Basic Salary: Up to $2,980 per month

Your job duties may involve:

• Processing of Applications: Assist in processing and assessing online applications received in the system.
• Data Management: Collecting, analysing, and presenting data on dashboards.
• Customer Service: Assist members of the public in promoting the use of digital/online services to apply for financial assistance.
• General Administration: Coordination of meetings, minutes taking, tracking of returns, data entry, etc

Job Requirements:

· Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Social Work / Early Childhood Education / Marketing or other relevant disciplines.

• Receive walk-in visitors
• Provide general administrative and project-based work support

Support duties:

• Key in invoices

• Transferring stocks
• Inventories control

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5.45pm
• alternate Saturdays - 8.30am to 12.30pm

Requirements

• West area
• Skill: Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Min. O’ Levels or equivalent with passes in English, Chinese and Mathematics
• Bilingual in English and Chinese, both oral and written so as to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers / suppliers
• At least 1 year of similar working experience is a plus.
• Team player and a fast learner, someone who is energetic with good people management skills and able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
• Able to start immediately.
