Qualification

RESPONSIBILITY (KPI)

This role reports to Operations Manager and provide day to day leadership presence for a team of outlet personnel (examples: Branch Manager, Supervisor, Consultant, Stylist, Therapist, Customer Service Officer, etc).

• Lead the outlets to achieve assigned KPIs, including

1. Total sales per month per outlet
2. Customer $ per total sales
3. Success rate %
4. Customer $ per new sales

• Partner with Operations Manager to develop sales strategies and any other operations planning
• Perform personal sales consultation to keep sales skills abreast to contribute to Outlet Sales.
• Ensure outlet’s operation is aligned with SOPs(examples: POS, P&L, Staff Management, etc) through the assigned Outlet’s Branch Manager
• Manage and resolve dispute due to sales related issues in outlets
• Maintain customer satisfaction and manage customer complaints
• Improve sales performance for existing staff performance via providing continuous training and coaching
• Support of continuous staff learning

Job Scope

Experiment Preparation:
