• Collaborate with general practitioners (GPs) to obtain patient consent for enrolment, referrals, and care coordination within the primary care network.
• Extract clinical data (patient demographics and parameters) from clinical management systems (CMS) and input information into the chronic disease registry (CDR).
• Work closely with nurses to identify patients requiring counselling services.

• Manage and resolve dispute due to sales related issues in outlets
• Maintain customer satisfaction and manage customer complaints
• Improve sales performance for existing staff performance via providing continuous training and coaching
