Job Scope:
• Monitor HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, performance appraisals, employee benefits and claims, leave management & training, and office administration.
• Maintain and update employee records with accuracy, discretion, and compliance with PDPA.
• Support HR onboarding processes, including offer letters, contracts, and new hire documentation.
• Liaise with government agencies to ensure statutory submissions and compliance.
• Perform other administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:
• Nitec/Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft office.
