The Senior Public Relations Officer cum Admin is responsible for managing communication and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and positive stakeholder engagement. This dual role involves coordinating public relations activities, addressing community concerns, and handling administrative duties to support project or organizational objectives.

The Senior Public Relations Officer cum Admin is responsible for, but not limited to the following:

Public Relations

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and external stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and the community.

• Working closely with clients' Community Partnership Manager (CPM) & Manager Community Partnership (MCPN) for any preparation and dissemination of circulars and notices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and project-specific requirements related to public relations and administration.
• Prepare regular reports on public engagement activities and administrative progress.
• Attend clients’ monthly meeting and taking minutes of meeting.

Administration

• Provide administrative support to the project team or management, such as preparing reports, memos, and presentations.
• Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation.
• Assist in procurement and inventory management of office supplies and resources.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Handle complaints, grievances, or concerns from the public, providing timely resolutions and maintaining transparency.
• Liaise with internal teams to address and resolve project-related issues that may impact stakeholders.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

• Manage corporate services, facilities management, leasing, vendor and outsourcing management and general administration.

• Plan and monitor renovation and relocation projects, including physical relocation services.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder or equivalent in business administration/management, procurement related disciplines.
