RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of a multidisciplinary design and development team comprising of architects, landscape and graphic designers, and horticulturists. As an experienced designer, you will partake in and be expected to independently produce innovative and integrated design solutions across various design disciplines, including 3D event/display design, experiential design, marketing communication, wayfinding signage, etc.

Key responsibilities:

• Event/Display Design to support Changing Floral Displays and outdoor programs: research, conceptualise and design in 3D for different types of displays/events. The design shall be able to draw up plans and technical drawings in AutoCad, assess the site conditions, prepare the tender package for purpose of procurement, coordinate and work with the operation team and the production vendors/contractors to implement spatial design for displays/events within the approved budget.
• Signage/Graphic design: generate creative design proposals that respond to the specific requirements and reflect the GB's branding while ensuring the highest standards of functionality, sustainability, and aesthetics befitting this worldclass destination. Proficient in conceptualising and creating key visuals for display events and ad hoc projects, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing representation. Responsible for overseeing and maintaining a consistent visual aesthetic at GB, ensuring alignment with established standards. Accountable for ongoing communication and coordination with vendors to uphold the desired visual integrity across the venue.
• Stakeholder management: Accurately interpret project brief requirements, understand visual communication objectives, interpret the ideas into photorealistic 3D rendering with good lighting effect (and animation if possible), be proactive in engaging stakeholders, understanding their needs and aspirations, and ensure that the design solutions align with their goals and preferences.
• Visual Communication: be well versed in design visualisation software and tools to create 3D models, renderings, and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively to management and internal stakeholders.

PEAS members have strong collaborative relations with colleagues in the other two research groups in the Department (Social and Cultural Geographies, SCG, and Tropical Environmental Change, TEC) and scholars in cognate disciplines, particularly as part of the NUS Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. Qualifications

• Assist the Relationship Managers on credit and marketing activities such as account opening, know your customer review (KYC), prepare financial spreadsheet, input limits and transactions in GCMS, credit conditions monitoring, loan drawdown/rollover, post loan monitoring and day to day operation
• Assist the Relationship Managers with their operational and administrative work
• Any work required to be carried out for holding the above Position in the Department subject to our business needs, internal policies and procedures

Job Description

● Responsible for sales and retail sales daily account management, including but not limited to :

➢ Order processing

➢ Schedule deliveries

➢ Billing and invoicing

➢ Inventory reconciliation

● Handle daily sales account management

● Assist in the day-to-day management of customers which includes

➢ answering enquiries,

➢ providing production information

➢ providing pricing

● Work with internal logistics and warehouse team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

● min GCE 'O' and above

1) Answer phone calls at Call Centre to assist students/parents, members of public with regards to:

• Online application for full-time and part-time courses.
• Simple course advising on full-time and part-time courses (i.e. min. entry requirement for full-time and part-time courses, registration period, course fees, appeal process, vacancies available etc)
• Directional queries.
• Student matters (i.e. reset of password, bursary/financial assistance application/status, purchase of subsidized laptops, lockers, graduation, lost & found, certs collection, replacement of certs etc)
• Any other queries (i.e. rental of facility, interns for company, parking etc)

2) Other administrative duties include:

• PSEA form checking and sorting.
• Preparing letters to be mailed out to students.
• Updating information on booklets
• Certificates packing and distribution.
• Able to assist outreach team on tour duty when needed.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support sales team on daily administration
