KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Actively participate and assist the head of department (HOD) to develop the organisation’s distribution strategy
• Execute the organisation’s intermediary distribution strategy in Singapore as part of group strategy
• Drive sales, FUM and revenue growth for organisation’s distribution business
• Able to work independently to expand distribution network, deepen relationships and drive new sales flows
• Implement effective sales and servicing strategy to ensure high customer satisfaction level
• Work closely with Client Servicing Team to deliver service excellence to clients and partners and to assist with customer due diligence to ensure fulfilment of regulatory obligations and relevant company policies
• Work closely with Marketing Team and Client Portfolio Managers (CPM) to develop high quality marketing and sales materials which demonstrate Eastspring's credibility
• Work with Product Team to strategise on developing products suited for group distribution business
• Be an active participant in the industry, participate in external conferences and key client events.
• To create and promote a client focused culture in the company,

• Work in partnership with regional and global teams to implement effective sales/distribution strategy
• Demonstrate strong investment knowledge and be the trusted advisor for clients
• Foster close and effective working relationship with internal stakeholders to maintain high standard of service pledge to all key clients
• Work in partnership with regional and global teams to effectively implement sales strategy for client relationships
• Share best practices within the team and coach/mentor junior members
• Equip with knowledge on sales process and KYC / KYD / CDD procedures

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree qualification, preferably with CFA or post-graduate degree in Finance.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• The role requires strong motivation to drive sales growth, work independently while collaborating with team members, and to apply the right business judgment when setting priorities and direction.
• The role requires an understanding of the organisation structure and will be working closely with colleagues across the group.
• The role must also establish close working relationships with key stakeholders in locally, regionally, and globally.
• Require strong business acumen to grow group wholesale distribution business.
• Require strong investment knowledge with deep understanding of financial markets to drive sales.
• Manage time and priorities effectively to achieve business growth.
• Require strong communication skill to convey Eastspring strategy among teams and key stakeholders.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone/online catering sales enquiries
• Build and maintain good client relationship and rapport
• Solicit new corporate clients through cold calling and sales visit
• Assist clients in professional event planning, packaging and menu selection
• Keep abreast of trends and developments in catering industry
• Actively brainstorming of creative ideas in improving catering services to clients
• Account for sales and profitability of event orders and ensure smooth operations of catering functions

Requirements

• Possess O Level / Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing with at least 5 years of relevant experience in F & B industry will be an advantage
• Able to converse effectively in English and Mandarin to manage Mandarin speaking clients
• Self discplined, proactive and have strong sense of urgency
• Must be self-driven, dynamic, meticulous, creative and sales oriented
• Outgoing personality, highly motivated, independent individual and yet an inclusive team player

Responsibilities:

• Executive Support and Confidentiality:
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Prepare and manage communications and documents, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination by conveying the directors’ instructions and work arrangements to various stakeholders within the company.
  • Organize and maintain the directors' files, documents, and records in both digital and physical formats.
  • Assist the directors in researching and following up on matters within the directors’ responsibility, including chasing responses and triggering follow-up actions.
  • Manage the directors’ email and messaging app correspondences and serve as the primary point of contact, screening and prioritizing inquiries, and handling routine correspondence on behalf of the director.
  • Manage the task list and follow-ups for the Director
  • Assist with and provide support for the Directors tasks
• Schedule and Meeting Coordination:
  • Maintain and coordinate calendars for the directors and managing appointments.
  • Record meeting discussion and follow-up actions.
  • Assist in preparing meeting materials, presentations and reports.
• Personal Assistance:
  • Manage the directors’ expenses and reimbursements.
  • Anticipate the directors' needs and proactively suggest solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Assist with and attend to the directors’ personal matters.
• Ad Hoc Tasks:
  • Efficiently manage and execute ad hoc tasks as assigned by the directors, ranging from project management to operational adjustments.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and new challenges.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates due to business communications needs.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership in the work.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Requirements :

• In charge of petrochemical product sales and marketing, with an emphasis on cultivating and growing important clientele while also pursuing new business prospects.
• Creating market reports and analyses, as well as presenting to suppliers and customers.
• Business justification, financial situation analysis, and firm strategy analysis are all necessary when applying credit lines to risk management.
• To ensure compliance, credit approval requirements and credit lines are monitored. In order to ensure that every business activity is compliant, loan lines and credit approval standards are monitored.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• 7 to 10 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
