As a Customer Service Representative, you will report to our Bowling Supervisor

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee daily operations and maintain facilities within the bowling centre
• Manage Cashier Counter during operational hours and reconcile daily payment balances
• Maintain strong relationships with club members, guests, and the public through exceptional customer service
• Ensure compliance with established rules of play during bowling leagues and competitions
• Update and maintain bowlers' records and results, including handicaps, league results, competition results, and championship results
• Maintaining stock, equipment, and stationery levels for daily operations
• Handle enquiries, bookings, organisation, and billing for corporate events and submit monthly reports

You will be part of the NUS College administrative team working closely with the Vice Dean (Outreach) as well as team leads and team members to oversee, optimise and strengthen administrative processes throughout the Outreach pillar, and provide support in selected outreach efforts.
