Role duties:

• Manage and lead all channel & distribution of landscaping activities
• Develop, define, align and deliver the KPIs with Landscape Department Managers in line with business strategy
• Prepare Bill of Quantities, Cost Estimation & Budget, and Material Take off statements reconciliation statement, checking bills and estimation of man hours requirement
• Establish a robust plan, conduct and review processes with the landscaping team to ensure delivery targets are met
• Coordinate with internal departments, other project managers at sites, consultants and vendors
• Develop a solid and sustainable organization for the business to succeed
• Check material list and check drawing list & site organization chart
• Liaise with main contractor, subcontractor, supplier and proper handover to customer upon project completion
• Approve / endorse final price before sales quote to customers
• Take over the overall management of the project, including VO and WO works
• Check claims prior to submission to customers
• Provide mentorship and training to fellow employees
• Perform other related duties as required by the Manager
• Complying with any established procedures and environmental policy as provided
• Achieve department objectives and target

Candidate profile:

• Diploma/Degree in Horticulture, Arboriculture or other related fields
• Knowledge and experience in health and safety regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task
• Good track record of projects completion
• Have a passion in landscaping and good scheduling, planning and execution skills
• Computer literacy & proactive.

Job Title: Sales Admin/Sales Coordinator (ID1596)
Location: Ubi
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm, Sat (work from home) 9am to 1pm
Salary: $2500-$2600

Job Description
• Attend to customer enquires relating to sales or sales operations
• Handle office administration matters such as application/renewal of work permits, worker insurance, etc
• Provide general office/administrative duties and various departments in the administrative job, such as letters preparation, copying, scanning, filling, data entry, etc
• Assist in typing of quotations, invoices and other documents
• Handle purchasing of stock/supplies required
• Manage sales enquiry logbook paperwork
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company

Requirement:
• Minimum NITEC/ N Level and above
• At least 1-2 years admin experience
• Meticulous and detailed person
• Hands-on and able to multi-task and handle varied tasks
• Able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Transportation of paperwork, goods and material
• Support store operations
• Receive and review orders during project mobilisation and demobilisation
• Support in ad hoc support in company implementation (e.g. Biometric Registration)
• Inspect and monitor quality standards of cleaning chemical, equipment / tools
• Perform asset tagging to ensure accountability of equipment
• Stock Checking to ensure that there is no over-ordering and ensure proper housekeeping
• Prepare inspection finding reports and communicate with internal staff / vendors on any faults, and follow up to ensure rectification

Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Basic computer and report writing skills.

• Driving company lorry (manual)
• Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Monday to Saturday) Sat: 0.5 Day (Half Day AM)

What You'll be Doing

• Administer and drive development and implementation of technical parameters, policies and frameworks.
• Monitor that new and existing implementations, renewals, and movements requests are updated promptly.
• Provide and assist in regular analysis or ad-hoc reports to clients on the performance of each portfolio.
• Account management for assigned accounts and provide support to the team where required.
• Maintain high quality interactions with all touch points and escalate resolutions in a client centric manner.
• Any other tasks as assigned.

What We Are Looking for

• At least 1-2 years of working experience in relevant industry and role.
• Candidates with prior experience with Healthcare Insurance provider (Employee Benefits) will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
