HR Assistant
· Administration and execution of HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Administration, Performance Review, Training & Development, Employee Relations and Orientation Program
· Support recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, candidates screening, and interview arrangement
· Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes
· Manage applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes
· Handle general matters, including updating residential addresses, levy waivers, medical check-ups for workers
· Organize and oversee training and development programs for staff and workers
· Support payroll processing
· Organize performance review for all employees
· Support in team building arrangement
· Conduct market surveys for MOM, IRAS, CPF, WDA, and other HR-related studies
· All other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Min 1 year of related experience. Experience in Construction Industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge in local employment laws and practices
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes for both construction staff and workers.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
