Job Requirements

· Candidate should possess at least a Primary/O-Level/A-Level, any field.

· Able to work independently under minimum supervision.

· Experience in storing, issuing, shipping and receiving materials and supplies; applying purchasing procedures; applying inventory control methods preferred.

· Ensure documentation update and control based on regulatory and certification requirements (e.g. FSSC 22000).

· Liaise with government authorities to ensure conformance to relevant food regulations and halal requirements

· Conduct internal audit and handling of third party audits

· Ensure effective implementation of all matters with regards to quality assurance and control e.g. pest control, effectiveness of cleaning chemical

· Supervise the handling of customer complaint and review of corrective action reporting.

· Supervise implementation of product and process checking based on QAQC program.

· Supervise health cert application handling and export registration.

· Ensure implementation of annual vendor evaluation on food safety & quality.

· Provide food safety training and relevant refresher training to team

Duties & responsibilities include assisting chef overseeing operations & cleanliness of the kitchen, inventory management, invention of new menu items, costing and training of junior staffs & any other ad-hoc duties that assigned.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist the team in fetching the students from nearby schools at normal dismissal times and after CCA
• Assist the main teacher in the classroom management for completion of school homework / testing of spellings / marking of Assessment books
• Assist the team in providing holistic service to the students during mealtimes, recreational activities, art & craft activities.

• GCE 'O' level or equivalent

• Good team player

Working hours - 1pm to 5.30pm (Mon to Fri).

May work any number of fixed workdays if unable to work 5 weekdays.
